Dinesh Kumar – CEO & President

Dinesh oversees the Marketing, Sales and Operations functions of the company. He constantly strives to bring in customer orientation in the technology intensive cultural environment at Divas and focuses on long-term and strategic needs to build a world-class business-centric technology product organization.

Dinesh is B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

He brings over 23 years of industry and consulting experience to Divas. Prior to founding Divas, he was associated with the Indian subsidiary of Xerox, followed by an IT company and had subsequently provided consulting services to a large number of MNCs and Indian corporations.

Vasanthi Kumar - Vice President

Vasanthi manages the HRM, Finance and Admin functions including recruitment, technical and management training along with performance appraisal.

She has a Masters degree in Economics from the Bangalore University with MBA from the International Management Institute, New Delhi and brings over 23 years of industry exposure while working with large Indian corporate entities.
